Considering how "ADAM" or similar substances are pretty damn unrealistic in real life, I'd deny.

Because there's no fucking magic in real life, and no "DNA alteration" will make you shoot bees and lightning out of hands. At best you'll get cancer or something, har.

Actually, that would be a funny prank if the syringe contained some blood/plasma/anything contaminated with AIDS virus.

Also, TANSTAAFL. There ain't no such thing as a free lunch. If someone you don't already know or have transactions with offers you something for free, that someone probably expects something from you.

For free, I'd take it and just keep it in a drawer somewhere as a souvenir, maybe run some tests on a few bugs to see if it works at all.

Yeah if some random guy on street offered me a syringe that apparently let me light things on fire, I would most likely just walk away. Whatever that guy has is either illegal as all get out and would get me arrested by the police in a heartbeat or will either get me so high that taking to much of it to use the plasmid powers would probably kill me. Plus I don't take drugs so the choice is obvious for me. However if it was offered to me by this guy...
...then it might be worth it because almost everything he offers you in Resident Evil 4 is usually good to buy... for the right price.

Take it...run a quick experiment on the annoying ass dogs that my neighbors have, and make my decision based on that.
I would go with this option, because if you're lucky...

Um.

As a woman, being approached by a freaky man in a trenchcoat trying to push a loaded syringe on me... Well, I'd hit the ground running. For all I know, this dude could be ready to rape me right there on the street and using the syringe as a distraction. Creepier things have happened. And this is real life we're talking about, you expect me to believe that this guy who acts like an addict can control fire with his mind? Yeah, right.

I'd rather be alive and a giant paranoid baby, than be dead and fearless.

If some strange man came up to me and offered a needle full of mysterious glowing liquid, keeping in mind that needles and shots are my biggest fear, I'd be pretty terrified.

I enjoy being HIV free, kthanx.

By the way, you only inject yourself because the words "would you kindly" are used.

It's not really your decision to.

Even if you think it is.

Mind-warp?

I think so.
