Poll: So the Reach Was Good?

We've all had a good long while to formulate our opinions on Halo: Reach, correct? Every living organism was excited about the game before it came out.

I give it a 6/10, which is very nice for the Halo franchise in my opinion (just above 1 and 2, 2 being the best). The space battle was an overall nice choice.

Was it as glorious as you thought it would be? Explanations would be nice.

There is no Charizard because this is obviously a serious matter.

The Halo games are like the Harry Potter movies. If you've played the others, your going to pick this up and most likely like it.

If not, then your not going to pick it up and may not like it.

I accept the Halo games in general as having solid gameplay, but also a silly story and a really strange fanbase.

It exceeded my expectations of a Halo game (they're very low. Combat Evolved was awesome though.) I enojoyed the campaign and multiplayer is fun too.

Well having not played the game i cant coment
but from what ive heard from freinds

is its shit

(from my fanboy freinds) its brilliant

and aparently there are only 900 ppl on it average at all time per day which is lower than most of the old halos

I enjoyed it. The tone of helplessness in the face of a massive invading army was brilliantly conveyed in my opinion. My particular favourite moment was the heartwrenching evac bit in new alexandria. I tried so damn hard to save all the marines i could....

Not I. I didn't really care for it. And I don't really care for it. But I would most likely rank it average if I were to play it, like I did with 1 an 3.

For me a definite HELLZ YEA it was fantastic!

The campaign compared to other Halo games were IMO, the best one. The characters were great, the graphics looked awesome, the music is just as great, it was near perfect.

And then we have multiplayer. Firefight is awesome, online matches are also awesome (not fond of some gametypes though), I've spent countless hours on Forge editing maps. I say its the most enjoyable online game I've played in a long time.

So yeah, overall I'm freaking loving it.

The game was great, fantastic even, although the campaign was just a little off the mark. Multiplayer and forge etc were exactly right but the campaign didn't quite hit my sweet spot. Still a really fun game and will probally get the inevitable DLC for it.

I thought it was a great game. Probably as good as Combat Evolved really. That said, it did meet my expectations, shame it will be the last by Bungie.

I was thinking more along the lines of how people perceive the two are similar.

Comparing them directly would just be silly, in many ways. Mainly one deals with fighting aliens 500 years in the future and the other deals with wizards in the present day.

Do you mean 900 people on Multiplayer? or Campaign? i can tell you that their at least over 200 million playing it. (i think that was the number anyway)

And i think it's awesome, Very good way to end and start the series =D
