Just out of curiosity and to test a theory I have about another thread, I just want to know where everyone is from. You dont have to get any more detailed than what country you are from, in fact you can even keep that bit of info to yourself and just vote on one of the continents in the poll.

I have a reason for including the USA on its own and no im not just being ego centric here.

As for myself im from Texas, USA.

I'm confused. Do you mean our nation of origin (as in where our ancestral heritage lies) or our current residence?

I live in Seattle, Washington, USA, but I'm dragging my fat ass back to Norway as soon as I graduate and snag enough cash to get on the plane over there. Back to the home of me forefathers, I say!

Well, Mexico is technically part of both Central and North America.

Honestly, I feel like this thread is a little odd... Why is it that every other continent is generalized while the USA is singled out?

Maybe it's just me but a bit of elitism?

By the way, Minnesota, United States, North America.

North America (Not USA) would include Canada, Mexico and for the purposes of this poll, any of the islands from Cuba north.

Central America starts south of Mexico and I put it together with South America for the purposes of this poll. (The actual boundary between North and South America is the Panama Canal or somewhere in that area I believe).

North America (Not USA) can also mean Mexico, unless thats Central America I always forget when North America ends and where Central America begins.

Edit: Well Aqualung from the number of quotes I am seeing I guess that answers your question.

Oh jah. :D Forgot about you Mexicans. Sorry!

Anyway; yeah, Canada. BRB, feeding the moose.

EDIT: I love how five people felt the need to correct me because they couldn't. Scroll. Up. :D

North America (Not USA)? I mean...what..the...fuck, what?...the what fuck?!
No but seriously, that made me laugh. North America (Not USA), hah.
That almost sounds like a meme about Canada.

Anyway, I live in Europe. East Europe to be exact.
And no, I'm not (surprisingly) Russian.
I'm right next to Finland, in a little-known (very) small country/village called Estonia.

I live in Pennsylvania, but my heart will always belong to Uttar Pradesh.

(No, I'm not from there originally.)
