Poll: So which Escapists have PlayStation 3's?

I have a PS3 but i have been thinking of selling it, the only reason i have it is for PS2 games, I thought it would be better than it was and its not, so im sick of it gathering dust, all it really is to me is a storage device that plays ps2 games. and tho the people who love it because of blu-ray.....sorry to see you all stuck in the past, blu rays are going to die soon because of digial movies being distributed more and more. but hey, thats just my opinion.

I had to make the same choice ages ago and opted for the 360 which I enjoyed the hell out of. Then I got my PS3 and frankly the 360 only rarely gets used for the odd exclusive or when the ps3 version of a game is vastly inferior (Bayonetta I'm looking at you)

I have a PC, a PS3, PS2, PSP, DS, PSone, SNES, NES, and an Atari 2600... my roommate owns several of the same plus a Wii, N64, and an Intellivision. A vast majority of gaming in my house happens on PC, though the PS3 sees its fair share of use both as a gaming system and media center.

I'm a PC gamer, pretty much exclusively. But I purchased the PS3 for Xmas because I came across a deal where I got it for $75, and it will be my Blu-Ray player and Netflix/Vudu streamer for my living room television. I haven't purchased any games, and I am desperately trying to avoid it due to my son & wive's inability to not destroy/lose every form of disc media they come in contact with. I already have a 60+ game library on Steam, and am a happy PC gamer. One thing I can say is this, I utterly hate the abomination that PS3 calls a controller. It expects me to dislocate my thumbs and index fingers so I can easily hit the oft used analog sticks and R1, L1 buttons. I am comfortable with a 360 controller and use one for my PC games that require it, but I don't think I will ever adjust to this PS3 controller.

Also, something painfully obvious is the absolute rip off that is PSN Store. On PC I can purchase an Indie title for $2 on sale, Sony thinks I should pay $20 for an Indie title. Resisting the urge to purchase games for this console is gunna be pretty damn easy.
