I'm also a lefty, and just this week I've started using swapped clicks (left-right), and a different keybinding. I always used the my left hand for the mouse, since I was 12 at least, but when I'm not gaming (i.e. at school where they have right handed mice) I can use my right hand just fine. In any case, I'm trying to become abidextrous when it comes to PC gaming and plan to work something similar out for my PS3 gaming.
