I am Pakistani/Indian, I've been eating spicy food all my life! The hotter the better!! I like as the OP said "Satan raping your mouth hole hot" multiplied by three or more depending on my mood. We Indians have digestive systems made out of solid steel. And trust me when I say that if you think certain cajun or American foods (like chicken wings) or even Mexican foods are spicy...then you don't know the meaning of spicy.

Well, I used to have a very low spicy tolerance. Then I tried some extreme hot sauce at the fair. It was called stupid hot sauce as in your stupid if your going to try it. I was stupid, and I tried it. It instantly made me cry from pain, but the REAL kick of the sauce didnt start until 5 mins later. It only started to cool after 30 mins. After that though, my spicy tolerance has increased greatly, now I love spicy food.

Although it hurts coming out :p

Spicy food reigns supreme in my kitchen. I love spicy food, and it'd better be well and truly spicy when it hits my mouth. I can still eat mild stuff, like Kormas, but I really enjoy the much spicier stuff, like Vindaloos.

Oh, and spice works itself into almost anything I cook, assuming it'll work. Chilli-stuffed chicken, spicy pasta, chilli and chocolate, whatever, it's (mostly) all good.

If you haven't had a ghost pepper, you haven't had hot.
Would there happen to be another name for this ghost pepper? I'm interested.

I like very spicy foods, but did you know "spicy" is not a taste sensation like "bitter", "sour" and "sweet", it's a form of pain sensation.

Not a fan of so hot you can't really taste anything. But spicy and flavourful would be my choice every time. Hell, even though I have been ill recently I will still pick something spicy even if I know I am likely to throw up later because of it.

Damn :( Now I want a curry.

I can handle a spicy dish, so long as the flavor is good as well. Example, the hot wings that the sous chef where I work makes, can get REALLY spicy. Spicy enough to hit the back of my throat, and one batch he made was enough to make my lips numb. They were damn tasty, though.

When I go out to a restaurant whose specialty is hot wings, I get the mild... Mostly because the spicier flavors have more heat than flavor.

Its not food if its not burning a hole in my mouth, then its not food then is it?

but seriously as spicy as I can get it at the moment is what I usually go for.
But why do I enjoy that painful burn so much?

I like an enjoyable Spicy, but not to where it masks the actual flavor
Although when it comes to certain foods(Mexican,Wings,General Tso's chicken)spicier is good.

I love spicey food, if it's not spicey, it better be salty and/or fattening.

The spicier the better, but it has to be done right so as to not destroy every bit of flavor in the food and just replace it with spicy, because that's just cooking gone wrong.

Well I heard from a very unreliable source one of the hottest sauces ever is Three Mile Island (available at hooters) but they have even hotter called nuclear. So on a school trip down to VA me and my friend went to Hooters for lunch one day (damn our waitress was really hot, but that's a job req there, I digress) and I got the Three Mile Island ones. They where so hot I started to tear up, but they where fucking delicious.

On occasion my mom makes wings (with wings from massive ultra chickens) they usually aren't very spicy despite the fact she uses an entire bottle of tobasco (tobasco sucks any way) and they drenches them in an entire bottle of what ever else we have for the occasion. I usually end up having atleast a dozen of them (mind you the wings are nearly as big as a man's hand) but one night she used Louisiana hot sauce (damn ye OP damn ye) which took me completely off guard.

It's only the hottest pepper on Earth rating in at 1 million Scoville units. To put that in perspective, Tobasco Sauce is vaugly around 4000 and law enforcement grade pepper spray is around 5 million
