Okay... so i just finished watching Star Trek DS9 and i can't decide what I hated most about this... thing. Admittedly it had its good moments and i liked the fact that i could finally watch the Federation engaged in a war. However, there were a mess of problems, so i ask that those who saw this Star Trek, vote on what you hated the most, from the Bajorans to the lack of Captain Picard.

Enjoy!
I sometimes think I'm the only one who actually like DS9. I definitely rank it above Voyager for its more political drama side, which frankly, is probably why most Trekies didn't like it.

Its no Next Generation but I prefer it to Voyager although I really do like both. Enterprise should have never gotten past its vocal driven opening sequence *shudder*.
I like it! And it is interesting to note that the filler episodes are generally relevant to the main story.

I must say, I didn't like any Star Trek series that much. Patrick Stewart's acting made TNG bearable, even enjoyable at times, but on the whole the entire series is much to nice, civilised and overbearingly reminds me of why our current civilisation sucks. Faaaar too humanitarian.

I like all three of the Star Trek series I have seen, Next Gen, Voyager and DS9!
I don't watch them that often but overall I find Voyager to be the most enjoyable because of all the action (I don't care for the drama..) and I havn't given up watching voyager episodes as much as TNG and DS9.
Next Generation had I think the dullest filler episodes - I mean who actually wants to see Picard and Data in 1950s America? - but made up for it with killer characters.
Deep Space Nine had a good idea with the war aspect, the Ferengie were a good species to use as well. I voted that the Bajorans were the worst part of DS9. I really don't like that annoying bajoran security cheif that has to mention 'The Resistance' in every sentence and has the least believable fake hair colour on TV!

If only Dave would start showing all the series from the begining cos I've missed most of the episodes!

I liked DS9 for Chief O'Brien and Gul Dukat. That's about it. They were the only decent characters. Sisko had his moments, but for the most part he was just a smooth voice with skin. Kira was annoying as hell, Worf was a tool, Dax (both of them) never had any storylines that didn't revolve around the fact that she had past lives, Odo was a superhero (aka boring), Bashir was a prick and Quark...well I actually didn't mind Quark.

Never really got into TNG because the filter on the camera bugged me, it looked like you were watching it behind rice paper. Never saw the original but everyone knows about it, and Voyager was only good for the Doctor (who was admittedly pretty damn sweet, especially at the beginning when he didn't care who he offended, and the later moments when he dropped back into that persona every time he was kidnapped, which was a lot)
