DS9.
Was the closest thing to a realistic Star Trek series and also spat in the face of the ideals the Fed and had it have rough edges. It really went a long way in getting rid of the stupid wish fulfillment utopia of Roddenberry with the Fed actually acting like a real nation state and not reeking of the triumphalism that plagued the series before then.
TOS was good as self-contained episodes akin to the Twilight zone with a regular cast and also for the producers insisting in it having an injection of militarism in it. Besides the 60s tripe there was also Gene's God bashing fixation and other silly episodes he was behind.
TNG was garbage until Gene's death saved it and the franchise and disposed of his silly no conflict wish fulfillment.
Voyager was only TNG repeated and repeated far far worse. It could have followed DS9 and been taken risks but it didn't and played to extremely safe with it's love of the Resent Button.
Enterprise was just Voyager repeated and repeated far far far worse.
I always found Data annoying and uninteresting, but that mainly comes from view on what his character was. Having a machine try and play human is tiring because it never will be. Also pisses me off that in that one episode that he wasn't treated like what he was and taken to a lab, broken down and studied as what he was and always would be no matter the Pinocchio BS that went on.
SF Debris' covering of Enterprise and Voyager sums up my view of the two series very well.

Cart before the horse. A major fault of the series was that it focused on those two at the expense of the rest of the cast. They shouldered them out of the spot light and prevented them from really showing off their characters. While Picard and Data are excellent characters, they (along with Q in his episodes) pretty much entirely carried TNG on their shoulders. Oh, sure, Geordie and Riker and Worf were all pretty good, but they never had the same presence that Patrick Stewart commanded.

Poor Scott had a shitty plate served to him. Archer was an asshole that always did the wrong thing no matter what he faced.I don't care what anyone says, Enterprise was my favorite. Scott Bakula as Captain Archer was awesome!
