Poll: Star Wars: BattleFront, a third?

SW:BF2 Was a great game, and i still enjoy playing it on my PS3 once in awhile. In fact I've heard alot of talk about how good a game it is. The only problem is its from 2001, and thus it dosn't look as good and its for the PS2 so you cant play online with PS3, making this great game, only an ok game on the newer systems. My question is, should they make a new one, for PS3 so we SW:BF players can enjoy a new game that we can play online and that looks good compared to the newer games.

I would play Star Wars: Battlefront 3. They are my favorite Star Wars games, and I like how the fights work and such.

It would be awesome, I think.

I never played 2 but 1 was always fun for a good time. Perhaps the only game where I prefferred the basic "grunt" class over anything else. The overall game would need refinement to bring it up to Modern standards. TF2 sort of raised the bar.

They should have a multi-staged planetary assault mode that involves space combat and eventually changes to planetary combat all on the same map. That would be fantastic.

I'd like to see a Star Wars Battlefront game using the same game engine they used in Battlefield Bad Company. Destructible environments in the Star Wars universe would be awesome! Especially if you could deal cool looking damage with the Force and lightsaber as a jedi in the game. Or crash through stuff piloting an AT-AT or something.

They did nothing but improve the second game, so a third would theoretically be even better. Hell if they just copy + pasted the second game and released it so it handles lag well that'd be great. The previous ones lagged so badly online that it made multiplayer quite unplayable for me, and while single player is pretty fun it's not $60 amount of fun.
