Do people hold some sort of disdain for casual players or something? This does not harm you in any way.

What I would have an issue with is this:

Khaydarin Amulet upgrade (+25 starting energy) has been removed.

**** that.
They need to make this in the next update:

Hydralisk Upgrade: Lurker.

Or is that old news?

I'm more concerned about the fact that they're going to nerf my high templars and that the Terran are still so OBSCENELY GODDAMN OVERPOWERED!

I'm so glad I'm not playing Zerg ATM

I think its crap. Why remove it. Theres absolutely no good reason to do it except to make shitty players feel less shitty about themselves.
And you say it's crap? And further state: Why remove it.

Seriously, you enjoy people feeling shitty about themselves? Or you just don't think a game company maybe helping their less-skilled customers not feel as bad about it is good business practice?

I mean come on guy. If it's something you in your pretty lazy one line response thought, "Makes shitty players feel less shitty about themselves." How the HELL is this a negative?

Kudos Blizzard. Stand up for the little player, God knows their fellow gamers wont.

I think it´s fine.
The win/loss ratio is still implied by your placement and your league.
And in the only area where it being explicit might actually be helpful (master/grandmaster players tend to be rather close to each other in terms of skill), it´s still there.

In more casual 3v3 and 4v4 games HT will pretty much be the same unless you are using them to only counter drops. While I'm a little annoyed at the Kydarin Amulet Removal, I'm worried bout blizzard's reasoning for it. They nerfed HT because they wanted Protoss spellcasters to be equal with Ghosts and Infestors(both of which by the way have faster move speed, higher HP and can turn invisible). While using HT's for warp in storm drops is pretty degenerate, it is no more so than anything T2 Terran or Zerg can do.

I'm also a little worried that Fungal Growth will soon be nearly as good as Psi Storm.

One thing I kinda like is that Morph to Overseer now gives you 50 mins back.

It takes a while for someone that's new to the game to learn how to play, in that period of time you won't win too many games. Thus, when you actually *do* get competent, you're still saddled with the hits from your losing days.

Thus, your w/l ratio isn't based on your skill, just how good you were when you started playing.

Me, I've racked up quite a few losses because I used the release of SC2 to learn how to play all of the classes. I can't really blame Bliz for this.

I'm not sure how I feel about it. On one hand, It takes away some of the pressure, but on the other hand...it makes games feel a bit meaningless now.

Then again, I'm more concerned about the fact that they took out the Amulet for the protoss. I NEEDED THAT! IT WAS THE ONLY WAY HIGH TEMPLARS WERE VIABLE! >: (

And then I remembered that I have not played starcraft in about 2 months, so I guess I'm not that upset. But still, that damn templar nerf...Augh that hurts...

Even diamond level players can't see their loses thats the truely outrageous part. I'm only in gold and I want to see my loses. This is retarded.

The problem is that unless you are close to the top or close to the bottom, win/loss ratio is meaningless. The system is designed to keep you around 50%; if you start winning it'll try to match you so that you lose and vice versa. The only time it matters is if it can't find enough players who are better/worse than you.
