Rare all the way, charred on the outside, practically raw in the middle.

That's...actually a difficult question to ask.

Me? I'd prefer my steak raw, but still heated up of course. However...I'd rather not get sick, so I usually go with Medium Rare, and preferably cooked on a charcoal grill with a tiny bit of sage in the coals.
Raw? Do you like parasites?

You do not know what a beef steak is before you ate one from the bull you had at your home since its birth. So tender and unspoiled. Medium well done is my preference.

On the subject of food, I do love living on a small farm (Milk from a carton tastes like piss compared to fresh milk)

raw meat = awesome.

Beef Carpaccio, Steak Tartare, Beef Tataki (well that is not technically raw as you cook it for about a minute, but is mostly raw and damn tasty because it's usually wagyu and comes with that awesome Japanese sauce).

I eat lots of raw meat and have never been sick from it.

Damn I am hungry now

I said 'Well Done' in the poll because I like mine cooked properly, so it isn't pink at all but isn't burnt to a crisp either. I think, however, OP, that your poll needs some improvement slightly. What country classifications are we talking about here? I mean, here in the UK if you order a steak to be done 'Rare', then it comes back quite pink but still cooked. In France or the USA (from my own experience) if you order a 'Rare' steak it comes back almost raw and bloody (fortunately that's how my dad likes it and he was the one ordering it). So what country are we talking about here? I'm assuming USA, though I may be wrong...

And as far as my favourite steak, you do get chicken steaks, don't you? That has to be my favourite simply because I'm a sucker for poultry ;)

Nitpicking this may be, but nitpick I shall. What kind of god-forsaken order are those options in? Surely they should go least cooked to most cooked or visa-versa. Curse your disorganised soul!
