How do like to have your steak? And how do you like it cooked?
I like mine medium rare and cooked on the BBQ.


EDIT: How bout we add what sort of steak we like?
I like a good old T-Bone, the bigger and jucier the better. A good pork steak is also nice.

Aww...you don't have options for medium well or well done (or jerky). I prefer medium well, myself, which makes my bloodsucking family look askance at me. At least it makes it hard to overcook steak for me.

Yes, I prefer to have most of the blood cooked out when I bite into it. I don't care if it's chewy, that just makes it better!

I love medium rare steaks, so when I ended up in France on my backpacking tour of western Europe, I was going to treat myself to a nice juicy slab of meat. Little did I know that medium rare in France means very rare in western society. It was so raw, I had to ask for it to be taken back which is the first time I have ever done that in my life. I am pretty sure that waiter probably rubbed his sack on it, the way he looked at me when i asked for it to be cooked a little more.
