Unfortunatly my older consoles were all liberated by my older brothers many years ago. I do still find ways to play the retro games I want to play. I especially love the backwards compatablity of my PS2 (which I firmly held onto.) For allowing me to play the early PS1 titles that were really of my hayday.
Still own the entire Suikoden series on disk, which is excellent :D All you people with PS3s need to download that one!

Whats with the casual = retro option?

Not all casual games were 1 hour arcade jobs. Take the classic FF games for example.
Who said anything about retro games being casual? o_O I can't find anyone that's said that.

Twas the last option on the poll (might not be now?)

Was something along the lines of "No. Casual games are rubbish" I think.

Meagdrive. Sonic and Tails and Mega-Bomber man. Me and my Sister find ourselves frequently playing that when we have time and my Dad and I play Football manager and other football stuff occasionally. Simpler times, simpler games.

Edit: Oh! And Streets of Rage. Generic linear fighting games, but the only one I owned so for me it's always the original and the best!

Sega Genesis/Mega Drive+ Sega CD, Saturn, NES, SNES, PSOne are all hooked up with my current gen consoles. Heck I even have a gamegear that I mess with every now and then, and I pop Gameboy games in my GBA every so often too. Anyone up for some Phantasy Star IV? eh eh?
