all and all id say nethack is best in every category, and it runs even on my linux server :p
As in .dotnethack? the RPG series?
The incredibly repetitive, trite generic role playing game that tries poorly to pass itself off as a sort of single player Massively Multiplayer online simulator rpg along with a poorly constructed, and a story that's almost just thrown together one night over a million tabs of acid?
Is that the same nethack we're talking about?

Best Graphics: Crysis

Best Bodiliy Destructability (GIBBING): Fallout 2 (I prefer this type so much more than 3)

Most Historically Accurate: Medieval Total War 2, or Empire.

Best AI: Any of the X-Com or Civ games on higher levels. You will regret picking it.

Best Story: Now this is a toughie, I love Mass Effect's space opera, and Half-Life's plot, and I do love the whole 'what if' story or World in Conflict...

Best Weaponry: The Unreal Tournament games have always had an awesome selection of murderising instruments...

Most Replayable: I'd probably have to say Diablo II (simply because of the randomising element), Rise of Nations always brings me back though, along with the Baldur's Gate series and the Total War games...

Best weapons. Resistance sounded pretty good for that one. Well at least a PS3 fan-boy reviewer for a PS dedicated magazine said that

Best Graphics: Crysis

Best Bodily Destructibility (GIBBING): CoD: WaW

Most Historically Accurate: No idea.

Best AI: Marvel vs Capcom 2 remake (my GOD the Expert difficulty is hard)

Best Story: Mass Effect

Best Weaponry: Call of Duty 4

Most Replayable: Call of Duty 4

I find replayability is the most important aspect of games, I'm pretty much a multiplayer junkie.

surprised there's not more choices for AI, for me, that's what makes a game. I like to be fighting an intelligent enemy, but i don't always want to be playing multiplayer :D

I tend to find that i can replay a game more if it has less linearity, or more flexibility. like, you're guided to the objective in CoD games, but there are sort of different ways you can accomplish it, if you can be bothered to take the blinkers off. On the other hand, something like oblivion, i feel is still linear in that the quests are always the same, and there's a set number.
