I live in a horribly land-locked area, but when I hear about a place that is fairly reliable, I'll usually go check it out. Locally, there is a roll called the Geisha that is tempura tuna with unagi across the top, that is some good stuff. Crystal Shrimp is my favorite though, doesn't matter which place I go.
Unfortunately, it would seem sushi and a bad gallbladder do not mix very well, so I've had to cut back quite a bit. Such a pity....
Edit: I agree wholeheartedly with the comment on Toro. $10us for two pieces is about the cheapest I've seen, but it's worth the price 99.9% of the time.
