I don't really like the A-Team - its cheesy and crap, but is a very soft cheesy and crap which means it misses the sweet spot which makes these things acceptable.

The film looks like its gone all modern on us, and as such looses any potential cheesy and crap charm, and gains the shit that comes with modern action movies.

Neeson is probably its only saving grace.
