well... depends on the situation. If we were invading a country for no reason of our own defense and i was drafted: i would go support medical. or anything which will not lead me to directly kill someone or be closely related to killing someone (driving the troops in is something i wouldn't do).
On the other hand, i would gladly defend my own country on the frontline. In that case i would choose paratrooper or Special forces, but seeing how i would most likely not be able to get into them... the frontline.
on another note i would never be a bomber pilot, sniper or an artillary dude (forgot the name) those people. In my opinion are little more than murderers.

You left out Technical support roles. Eg. mechanics, electricials, plumbers, avionics technicians, aircraft technicians, armament fitters, structural fitters... i could go on all day.
I went with the flight one because it is close to avionics technician.

Most likely, but we work in an infantry battalion. Then again, many support units work with infantry battalion (and with many other battaions too). Then again, EOD-1 is a pretty rare explosive disposing level, which might bring me closer to special forces. Well, less stealth, more blowing shit up.Federalist92 said:

Also, why would you make a poll for a career that can give you potentially hundreds of options but sum it up in only nine? Polls are unneeded here.

Based on my talents, Special Forces. I'm rather sneaky and I have experience with hand-to-hand combat. But I would want to be right there on the Front Lines just because you not only fight for your side but you help the cleanup effort after the battles.
