I cast my vote to Dante! My reasoning:

The dude can do pretty much everything in style with very little effort, Duke Nukem or Alex Mercer, sure they blow shit up but they have to try so damn hard in doing so. Dante's confident, knows what he can do and likes to show off, so in essence a human element (if a human had his abilities) Plus as with all badasses, the dude is nigh impossible to kill
