Excuse me while I use Mario Kart to demonstrate the difference between "hacking" and "glitching".

i think that when a glitch is discovered it should be allowed until a group of 45 people that don't care one way or the other decide weather its game breaking or not(mandatory 3 months review on the glitch in online mode first), and if they decide it is then a notice should be sent out to everybody that in 3 days the glitch can no longer be used without being banned,if they decide it will be allowed though everybody gets a message detailing the glitch, and being informed that its free to use without consequences. see completely fair solution right, people get trial period with the glitch without risk of accidental ban from its use, people get warning if the glitch is deamed to op, and people get to use the glitch at will if its not
however hacking should never be allowed on any competition(unless said competition is an agreed match, with a contract, possibly signed in blood, to see who can hack whos computer first, but then its your own damn fault, and your opponent has the paper, and dna to prove it)
in short i believe all hacks should be banned, while glitches should be reviewed followed by a message sent to everybody through their consel that must be read before you can continue
