I'm lactose intolerant so I don't often have ice cream. Makes me very, very sad. Though I found a lactose free ice cream a while ago... must buy it again.
When I do, it's usually vanilla and I put marshmallows on it. If I have a choice of flavour, though, I'd go with cookie dough.

Probably mint ice cream with chocolate chips. I remember having one of those when I was in Austria as four years old(though it was blue-ish rather than green) and I looked for that ice cream ever since. Found it a few years ago, and while that brand wasn't nearly as good as I remember, I still loved it.

Your lack of Mint Chocolate Chip in the poll is... disturbing. Mint Chip used to be the best as far as I'm concerned. Used to. Now I have found the wonder that is Mint Chocolate Cookie Crisp. It's like Mint Chip but with pieces of chocolate cookies instead of chocolate chips. It's amazing.

I actually don't like ice cream that much, it's usually a little too rich for my tastes. I also don't have much of a sweet tooth to begin with.
Which makes it odd that on the rare occasion that I do crave ice cream I always make a bee line for the Rocky Road.
Protip: Microwave your Rocky Road for about 15 - 20 seconds. The little rivulets of molten marshmallow it creates are awesome.
