Anyone who says the U.S. Military is wrong, it's not a matter of opinion, it's a fact. Anyways, the Romans were the greatest military force in the history of the world, no one have ever managed to overdo the Romans when it comes to military might and exapnsion (yes, it crumbled after abit because of its size, but that's not what we're discussing here)

obviously the covenant they have space ships so most armies cant even reach them. powerful elites. plus there is a crap lot of them.

I vote Isengard, even though it's not there. Give those Uruk-hai some machine guns instead of pikes and no force in Heaven nor Hell could stop them.

The Goblins are a zerg, essentially. A non-strategical, less-adaptive zerg without very firm leaders. The Goblins even feared the Orcs and the Uruk-Hai, and they're half as effective. They're easy to route and easy to kill as well.
