I think every generation has one of these kinds of movies, it has one so utterly depressing scene that it stays with you for the rest of your life. My generations had The Land Before Time and the infamous "Littlefoot's Mother"scene

If you have forgotten:

So, I ask you, did you ever cry to this movie or your generations ultra depressing scene when you where a kid? (Lion king ect) Post you exprience here.

Sorry if ive ruined anyones evening with this, watching it again has made me sad for the rest of the night :(

I teared up a little, not openly weeping, but it was the saddest moment of my young life until my dog died.

No, I did not.
It was depressing, but I didn't cry. I haven't ever cried to a film, no matter how good.

I remember watching it, but I didn't cry. Or even feel sadness.

I can't really remember it very well but I don't think I cried, I saw the movie many times as a young child and by the time the reality of the death sunk in I was already used to it (if that makes sense)
I was never affected by many things as a child, I recall many kids my age being traumatized by the violin girl in Courage the Cowardly Dog (google it if you don't remember) while I found it funny even at 8 years old
It was a door gag in which Courage opened several doors and saw things that scarred him, the first two were scenes from old monster movies and the third (he braced himself for) was a little girl playing a violin who then turned around and revealed a disfigured screaming claymation face... it's funnier than it sounds

though the movie "click" made me cry (don't you dare say anything unless you saw it) since my father and many others in my family are huge workaholics.

I didn't cry but I'm fairly sure I was close to it (can't really remember that long ago). I do remember that it's because of that scene that I haven't watched to movie since though.

OH I was wondering why you saw it again. Thought you were old enough to be showing it to your child/children. I did cry when it came out, I was just 7. I still remember the scene and how she died fighting with sharp tooth as a very sad one and a massive injustice.

Man, I practically bawled to that scene when I was younger (I was 5 or 6). Now though, it does make me tear up but not as much.
