Poll: The most annoying Video Game Characters Ever.

Why the hell is Midna on the list? I liked her, she had an actual personality, backstory and depth to her character.

As for Navi, I frankly found Tatl's "dingalingaling" more annoying than her, but Tatl made up for it by having an actual personality, grating though it may have been.

But my ultimate annoying character would be none other than everybody's least favourite Hylian fairy thing, Tingle. Why the hell do you need me to pay 700 rupees so that you'll decipher a map for me when deciphering maps is your passion? I call bullshit, Mr. Tingle.

I must be the only person on earth that actually wasn't bothered by friends calling me in GTA IV... I have a theory though, either it's me who has a temper made of titanium and everyone else's is made of air or everyone is just fine and I'm the one with a malfunctioning brain that's about to meltdown. Well anyways, I found that ***** of a ***** that was supposed to help me not mock me! Yes, it was that ass in duck hunt... Man I'm still haunted by his laugh!

On the other hand Navi sounds annoying as fuck... even though I never thought fuck could be annoying... but I never played Zelda OOT so it doesn't count.

This second statement utterly depresses me. The first four Zelda games are some of the most fun games ever made. I don't think Link's Awakening is available on VC because it was a Game Boy title. And a lot of people say Zelda II was bad, but I don't agree with that.

You should keep in mind that the games are very different from the OoT style. Much more hack and slash, and a lot less puzzle solving. Still imaginative and fun, though. I'd just start with the first game and work my way to Link to the Past. It's classic gaming and I think you would enjoy it.

Sorry for depressing you, I get my next paycheck soon and I will get myself Zelda 2. I played the first Zelda and it was sooooo hard that it took me 3 months to get through to Ganon. I was stuck on the 3 headed dragon!

Christ, I have to be the only bloke who liked this Girl. I enjoyed questing for her, enjoyed talking to her and she is my first stop when selling loot. I can understand how she could be percieved as annoying, but I personally never found her to be.

On topic, I think either Roman of GTA IV or Mayor McCready of Fallout 3. Roman was annoying with all the calls for bowling and 'beeg american teetees' and McCready was annoying because you couldnt kill him and he hated you no matter what.

I didn't mind the quests so much, actually. They could have been a hell of a lot worse to actually do. I just hated listening to her talk... And hated that there were times when I would walk into the shop and every time I attempted to speak with her, she would run away with her hands over her head like I had just shot at her. I hadn't. There was one of these instances where her merc shot at me for no apparent reason. I went back to my house in Megaton, slept for 2 in-game hours, went back and it was like they didn't remember shooting at me just a couple hours ago.

On Fallout 3 I nuked Megaton for the soul purpose of destroying Moria Brown. When I arrived to survey my carnage and I realized she survived the nuclear blast, I pulled out my fat man and yelled, "TRY SURVIVING THIS ONE!".

I liked Roman and Brucie as the story went on, and I wasn't bothered by Ashley at all.

My vote would have to go to every single character from the Sonic the Hedgehog series and both Gears of War games

I didn't find Moira annoying either, sure her cheerful attitude can be over the top sometimes, but I also liked her as a character.

To be honest the character that annoyed me the most was that lady in Paradise Falls that kept making jokes about my character being female and called her a ***** all the time. Her and also Kyrie from Devil May Cry 4.

I voted Navi, but my second choice wasn't on the list; Otis, the janitor with the cellphone in Dead Rising. Dammit, if I hang up on you it's because I'm about to become Zombie-Chow... if I wanted to be rude, I'd drag your sorry carcass out to the lawn and mow yer arse.

PS: I didn't find Moira annoying, simply because I could pick when to go to her... Navi and Otis (and Roman, I guess, but I haven't played GTA4) actually bust in on you.
