I'm going with Deoxys cause it looks weird but at the same time pretty awesome. It's also the only one of those I currently have on a save game.

It was not on the poll but mew was badass, looks so cute and cuddly, but once in a fight BAM like a little pink ball of psychic hurt.
But yeah Mewtwo is also awesome, when I used my master ball on zapdos instead of Mewtwo during Pokemon Red.......oh damn the epic battle we had with calculated hits to get his health just low enough, put the mofo to sleep, and use like 55 Ultra balls.............it was a glorious catch

Yes, curse Mew for being so unoriginal and contrived.

I think Rayquaza is the most kick-ass because it has control over other legendaries, but it seems to be fairly benevolent, compared to some of the others (particularly Mewtwo).

Mew > Mewtwo. I back that up with absolutely nothing but my own flimsy opinion. But seriously, I never got the appeal of Mewtwo. He just seems like a jerk.

But I have read a bit more about the goings on as my girlfriend brought SoulSilver, and Arceus looks as though he's essentially god.

Arceus is god, but Mewtwo is faster and stronger(special attack) than Arceus. This means that it is likely that Mewtwo will always beat Arceus. Basically, Mewtwo trumps god.

I am going to say Mewtwo.

Mainly because he was engineered to be powerful, he controls the mofo weather in the Pokemon film just by waving his hand. He is telepathic and nothing could even touch him because of his insane psychic abilities.

He has the best storyline out of all of the Legendaries and, this may only be me who thinks this, but if Pokémon were real, then the first Pokémon movie would be a good adaptation of what man would do.

Lugia was awesome, just because he looks awesome.

Palkia was also one of my favourites because he's gigantic, he'll stomp your goofy ass and he's also part pink.

But Mewtwo over all is the most bad-ass.

well (from a nerds point of view) seeing as every generation releases one legendary duo and trio, there will ALWAYS be at least 166% more legendaries than starters, which is saying something really
