All parts are equal as a rule of thumb but it differs between genres I.e MMO's need good endgame, FPS need good middles otherwise you'll get tired of mowing down the same million zombies etc.
Personally if any of the three parts fail to meet my high expectations then the game becomes garbage. That said, the most important aspect of any game, in my opinion, is the music.

Ok, you win. On topic, i'd say the begining so that the player gets interested in the story and gameplay,the middle so that the player stays interested and keeps playing, and the end so that the player is satysfied with everything that's happened and feels rewarded. I wouldn't know what to pick.
