Also I put this under gaming discussion since this movie is about gaming.......lol

It looks worth checking out, as long as people don't go see it because "OMG IT'S GERARD BUTLER!". I doubt it though. They'll be busy waiting for New Moon.

I might end up disliking it for two reasons:

1: It's beginning to look a lot... like... Death Race.

Is it a game? Yup. Is it for the chance of freedom? Yup. You lose, you die? Yup.

And 2: Any show or movie involving a game usually: A) Doesn't satisfy my game crave, or B) Completely screws it up.

It is also an interesting take on gamer celebrities!

its... unique. Not the concept of fighting to the death and trying to get out. But how graphics have gotten a bit too.. crazy.

Though the plot looks lackluster, it does warrant some attention from me.

From what i can tell, this movie isn't worthy of using the name "Gamer" it's naf looking. I think a good movie would be in the life of a gamer or something. But that sci-fi theme is just stupid.
