Poll: The new youtube layout: Love it or hate it?

This is one of those situations where, "If it aint' broke, don't fix it" applies. The previous Youtube layout was simple and concise, each area was clearly labled and made the process of looking through other videos and playlists easy. The new layout is alien and not needed. The ability to look at the posters videos causes the video to lag...
On second thought to make this rant a little shorter this is what the new layout got wrong.

I don't really care, as I avoid Youtube like the plague. Even when sent links I really don't like clicking on them (if partly for a friend's constant Rickrolling) for the stupid amount of time that place seems to take up... so if it seems to make it worse off like everyone says, cool for me - less time spent on there for me 
I hate it, the old layout worked just fine. What really bugs me is the removal of the History button. I use the history button a lot, and now it's a bit more inconvenient for no reason.
Edit: I found a feedback page, looks like we're not the only ones who hate the layout.

Not horrible overall. I prefer the old format but I've gotta say the like/dislike is better than the star system since most people rated 1 or 5 stars anyway. But the commments are much worse. You have to hover your mouse over them to see anything having to do with them. Like even tell when they were made.
I don't want to respond to some comments on a video who's last comment was like a year ago. I could tell that at a glance with the old system and the selected "gray" comment lags just a tad behind the mouse. Not horrible but bad enough to be noticeable.
As a whole it just looks less organized. At the very least I'd like to have the related videos to have a physical box around them and the video description back where it was in the first place along with the big golden SUBSCRIBE button (just a nitpick on the subscribe button).

None of the videos work now, apparently. I don't really care about any of the bells and whistles, but the one thing I expect YouTube to do is play videos, and it doesn't do that anymore.

I can't stand it! It just seems so much less accessible. I really do wish they'd change it back, but I doubt that's going to happen.
Oh well, YouTube was gradually going down the drain anyways, now that big corporations are taking notice of it and putting ads on the videos. Ads! One of the main reasons I used the site was to avoid ads! Now, with that and the implementation of a much worse interface, I'm hoping someone's working hard on the spiritual successor for YouTube, so we can all migrate there just like everyone jumped so quickly from Myspace to Facebook.

It's a bit alien but I'll give it a chance before I go mindlessly about blasting it with hate. Although if the subscriptions page didn't work then I'd seriously rage over that. I'm not much of a browser kind of guy so I keep loyally to my subs for the most part. The new comments layout ruined them for me. That sucks. :|
