Poll: The new Youtube layout!

A few days ago, Youtube changed the layout in which we see their videos, mostly the comments section and info about the videos. At first I thought it might be an April Fools joke, but I soon realized that it wasn't. So I was curious how others felt about this important issue! Or if I'm the only one who cares because other people have lives and don't spent their time on Youtube...

It was a tad confusing at first though.

I just want to see how many videos I've watched. Put that feature back in dammit!!!

I don't like the favorites. Half of them aren't even related to the actual clip anymore, so if I just want to watch a bunch of Mock the Week clips, I won't be able to, because it only shows the same 5 over and over, expecting me to suddenly think Justin Bieber's a much more entertaining choice. God I hate Justin Bieber.

I haven't found a single youtube vid where the words "fag" "************" or "cocksucker" was not used every other word.

Slightly on topic. I've always wondered what it would be like to be one of those guys. The people who sit around creating a new layout for an already functional website. Trying to justify my job, and sleeping after all the frustration for millions i created. Idk if i'd be able to deal with it.

The new layout is crap. The "liked" system is only there so their "partner's" videos ratings can be easier maintained. It takes away from everything else, now there is no guide to how crap a video is.
Also the recommendations on the front page are getting more and more random. Half of them don't have any relation to the vid it says you watched.

They are trying to phase the "you" out of youtube and be more like Hulu.

At the moment I don't really care. It doesn't really bother me all that much, although I do wish the information was still in the upper right hand side. Oh well, if it gets irritating, there's always Dailymotion.
