I still play the original Jak and Daxter every once in a while. But I also hit up some Ape Escape for the PS1! Ballin' game man!

Theme Hospital.
It's a very old 2D hospital simulator by Bullfrog with all kinds of wacky diseases and treatments.
Very chaotic, very addictive. Sadly there never was a sequel. And more recent imitations are bad to very bad...

FF Tactics. I still have my battered ps1 disk. I usually play it once every few months. That and Bushido Blade. My friends and I still get together just to have epic samurai tournaments. :p

Stuff from my massive NES collection. I guess the first Mario game is the oldest one. If I could find my old Commodore unit and the floppies I had for it haven't been corrupted, I'd probably boot that up too.

My NES broke down three years ago and I've no interest in buying a Wiii so no NES nostalgia for me :(
Keep the old unit. If it broke from the usual problem (the contact pins get pushed too far apart and all you get is a gray screen because the pins no longer hit the contacts on the cartridge) you can send away for a new pin set for about ten bucks on eBay (just search around, a few places have them). I managed to fix my old machine fairly easily using an online guide I found and a new pin set I bought, as the problem is fairly common in the old NES units.

You can also buy new top loading units that play a variety of system's games, if you're willing to shell out sixty to a hundred clams.

Thief Series and System Shock 2, as well as RPG classics like Planescape Torment.
... and of course Deus Ex. And if I could get my hands on copies of them then the good old Jedi Knight series featuring Kyle Katarn and Mara Jade in the expansion I loved so much.
Will you marry me?

Depends. Are your pockets lined with gold?

Yes. I am very material. Blame Garrett, he's my great hero.

I tend to focus on older titles while being excited for a few newer ones. I'm going nuts for the new protal, but I still sit around playing the first Paper Mario, Quake, Pokemon Snap, and the original Crash Bandicoot. I enjoy visiting these old memories mainly because, in the case of Quake and Crash, at the time I first played them I was old enough to enjoy them but not skilled enough to beat them.

Which is older... Sonic 2 or Zero Wing? I play both on a Genesis emulator on my phone. Besides those, Starcraft.

Hmm. The gameboy version of Tetris comes to mind.

That's 1989...

I've got some PC games lying around that are older than that, but getting them to work is nigh on impossible.

I love space invaders :D

But on a regular basis I play a lot of the old command and conquer games, along with age of empires and caeser 3 - and of course starcraft broodwars.

I love rts.
