Just finished replaying Wing Commander 3 - the golden age of FMV gaming. Mark Hamill, Malcolm McDowell and Biff from Back to the Future. Epic stuff.

I play tetris nearly every morning on the bus into uni on my phone.
As for physically old? I've been doing a Pokémon Yellow Nuzlocke Challenge, and that's 12 years old. (also play that on the bus, sure helps pass 40 minutes quickly)
Also, finished it like a month ago, but I Have No Mouth And Must Scream (1995ish?) Nice bit of click and point. AM <3

Myst number 1. First game I ever played, and while I gave it to my friend as a sort of symbol of our friendship we both play the crap out of it, and it still works like a dream.
MOTHER FUCKING PONG! It's so simple, and that other paddle is the most diabolical opponent I've ever faced.

That I still play frequently? Shadowrun [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadowrun_(Sega)] for the Sega Genesis.
To be fair, though, I didn't get a copy of Shadowrun until recently, so for continuous play, it would be Master of Orion II [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master_of_Orion_II:_Battle_at_Antares] which has not gone unplayed for more than a calender year since I bought it in 1997.
