Should toilet tissue hang over or under the roll?

The reason I bring this subject up is because of my roommate.
He insists that the tissue should be hung under the roll.
I believe it should hang over because it looks nicer,
aesthetically speaking.
Your thoughts on this subject.

Kidding-but I never hang up my toilet paper, it's always just sitting there and the strip hangs off the side. But it would look nicer with it over top and I'm sure be easier to reach.

Poll! Over to the point of changing it when I see it under, also I always replace a roll and I don't scrunch or fold, I roll 3-4 pieces quickly around my hand and wipe throughly.

why do it anyway else?

Fold is the only way. scruch just seems to the way someone who has had a hand transplant and doesnt have full use of that hand would do it.
