In the two best Batman movies (IMO) the dark night and batman begins, Bale have played Batman with a dark voice that most find just comicly cheezy.
And it seems like im the only one who think this shouldn't be a strike against either Nolan or Bale.
the reason for this is that in the comics and animated series, the writers have clearly depicted that Bruce Wayne tries to alter his voice as batman, or in some cases automaticly speaks in a lower, darker register when he dones the cowel (seeing as he becomes another person in a way). And some also hint or show that its a clear difference bethween how he sounds as a rookie batman (i.e Batman Begins) and in his more experienced days (i.e batman [1989]).
One of the best actors to depict Bruce Wayne's voice changes is voice actor Kevin Conroy who shows that Batman alters his voice booth as Bruce Wayne and Batman, while he sounds really more like his batman voice.
So IMO the way Bale dipicts Batman is really more true to the character than Adam West or Michael Keaton.
I just wnted to see if any other have some thoughts on the subject, and to see if its just me who is delutional because of my love of the Nolan movies or that i may really have a point ?
