Yeah, the website has been up for a while. There are also some gameplay videos on Youtube.

Indifferent. I haven't heard of it. Is it any good? should I check it out?
It is VERY good.

If you have a DS, I would highly suggest getting that version, as from these initial reactions it seems the iOS version has had the combat system extremely streamlined.

One of the best parts of it is the use of asymmetrical gameplay (way before the wiiu was ever announced) excellently in the form of controlling two characters in different dimensions simultaneously fending off aspects of the same monsters.

It makes for very exciting gameplay after you get over its steep learning curve.

Tetsuya Nomura's art direction blends extremely well with the modern urban setting of Shibuya, the characters and their arcs are compelling, and the story is quite clever.

Disappointing, but at least TWEWY is getting some attention. Hopefully we'll have our sequel with this resurgence.
Pretty much this. Twewy was the best thing Squenix has made in a while. I deserves some time in the limelight.

You know, it was kind of pointless to do a countdown for an iOS port. Other publishers just come out of the gate and say if they're going to have it ported to iOS. Not Square Enix, though.

Either way, the $20 price tag doesn't really bother me. People complain that it's too expensive for iOS. But it's a DS port, not a game you play for about five minutes while you wait on something like Angry Birds or Fruit Ninja. Those games are meant to be simple and are designed with a low price in mind. Unless you're Gameloft, who thinks it's okay to rip off other games since they beat other games to the iOS.

Besides, the game sells for no less than $20 - and that's for a used copy from Gamestop.

The World Ends With You on iOS has to be priced lower because it's on the same platform as Angry Birds? That would be like if people complained that the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 isn't the same price as a 3DS just because they're in the same store.

If you actually FIND a copy at Gamestop. This game is so rare now.

Anyway, I just realized that if Squeenix says anything about a sequel in September or TGS, fans will completely forget about this port and will forgive Squeenix...this is ridiculous.
