The cops aren't in the wrong, they are just doing their job, in the same boat neither are you really. The people who made the stupid law are, I am glad I missed the stupid limits and went straight to green P's when they came out.
This is just another example of why that law is stupid. "Oh sorry I can't have more than one passenger it's too late, watch out for the rapists around, oh and I hope you don't get bashed.. good luck..." Honestly don't know what they were thinking making that rule.
That being said the cop was a bit of a *****, most would just give a warning with that and probably complain about that law being a waist of their god damn time!

But it seems like that cop just had it out for you because after you didn't fail the breathalyser she went and looked up every little detail so she could catch you in something.
