I'd just hole up with a game. Try and forget about it. I live in the middle of the Cannock-bloody-Chase and foxes are always finding their way into my conservatory and squirrels invading my loft. Our house is pretty old and there's ghost stories surrounding out whole estate, but nothing ever bothers me when I'm awake. When the radiators start making noises (sometimes when the water is heating up, the pipes creak and it sounds like footsteps) I just plug in my headphones and go blast some Ghouls on Fallout 3.

Is this over now or has he just been raped and left in the wilderness? I really want to hear the conclusion to this.
hes online, so rape is a possibility, but I think he just hasn't checked in a bit.

Dude that's fucking scary.

I haven't had anything [i/]that[/i] scary happen to me, but I have had one thing happen.

I was at my new house at my dad's and there was always talk of there being a ghost. I don't necessarally believe in ghosts, but I don't not believe. I'm undecided. But when I was down there by myself, I was on the computer and I kept hearing noises that sounded like very heavy footsteps. I looked over and saw a very large shadowy figure at the foot of the stairs.

Needless to say, I freaked the fuck out. I jumped out of my seat and stumbled backwards. Then, when I looked back, there was nothing there.

Something else weird was the next day, my watch was gone (I always leave it on even when sleeping and its waterproof so I wear it in the shower), my dad's necklace was missing and there was a large red footprint at the foot of the stairs where I saw the figure. No one's shoes are that big in my house.

Like I said before, he's fine. I know this as I have seen him.

I would never set foot in that fucking house again. EVER.

He likely fell asleep at the keyboard or something.

I don't know if I should stay up for this (its 10:00 o'clock here, mind you) or just bookmark it and go to bed.
ENIWAY
lots of lights help, also the 'football' and or "suit up and kick ass" mentality. If all else fails, dogs have sharp teeth and strong jaws. It is most likely a large rat, or a cat, or a giant spider OGGITY BOOGITY!!!11 (just kidding). I have been there though, and it is not fun.

Sound advice.
However, don't bring a knife with you. You'll want something with a bit of reach. Also, you sound pretty skiddish and it would be bad to hurt yourself if you're startled.
True. This guy sounds pretty flimsy. I made the mistake he was a hardened knife user such as myself :p

He should take a baseball bat and swing the shit out of it, Inglorious Basterd style.
Or better yet, a fire poker. :D
Or better yet,

MG42!!!!!

Yeah I totally forgot, it's probably an animal up there, I haven't checked yet I'm gonna stay down here the rest of the night, not supposed to sleep anyway. Whatever it is It's gotten bored of making noise.

If its not making noise anymore, its definitely an animal. It just fell asleep. See?

Go knock it out cold come morning, and boot it out of the house. Or have your parents get rid of it.

Hmm.. could be the work of the dark legion, the band of dark wizards that have a presence on every continent and twist the nature of reality to their own means. Don't worry though, sounds like they were only letting off steam.

First of all, if you're really that freaked out, go Home Alone on him. Remember the video tape? Yessuh!

OT: Armour yourself up! Pots and the lot. Make yourself as frightening as possible i.e: knives sticking out of your armour. Connect two knives, get all your flashlights and run screaming "THIS IS SPARTA B#$%@!!!!!!" Now actually scream. I beat whatever it was will like jump.

And whatever you do, DONT WATCH PARANORMAL ACTIVITY. If you have a water gun, spray paint it black. Home Alone 3 again

Bottomline: I VANT THE CONCLUSION

The next day: 16 yearold dead in -his hometown-

I'm glad I didn't go up there with some sort of weapon, a mess of a rabbit and blood on my Father's golf club or something would be kind of hard to explain.
