I'm not really a fan of the massive doublespeak and corruption that is blatantly placed into so many of our American laws.
One of the most cited examples is Medicare part D. The United States Government is not allowed to ask for a bulk discount for many of the drugs using medicare part D. Some of the numbers you get aren't much of a discount, but others are clearly showing that the interests of the American public are not being served. IIRC The lowest loss of reduction(LOR) is 6 or 6.25%, but more often than not, the LOR is 50% or more, sometimes as high as 1000%.
Just remember, short term profits for shareholders is MANDATORY for any American publicly traded corporation.
Tired concepts that just won't die, such as the War on Drugs, are done for the benefit of the owners and groups that run prisons, as well as arms manufacturers. After all, if a plant that does very little to the human body is illegal, that's a lot of people we can put in jail. We have to pay for those prisoners, and their food, and linens, and work out equipment, and education and training. Of course the War on Drugs might be over sooner if it wasn't a requirement for the Drug Czar to lie to Congress to save face.
But then again, what do I know? I was taught to be honest.

Well having just been to America and meeting some great people and having a good time i'm not voting for them. Also I recently went to France which was ok and Austria which was awesome and Germany which was Alright too. So the only other country on the List i can judge as I live there is England. Even though I live in a Nice City (York) this country is going downhill so rapidly. The current Government is farcical. Society tries to drink itself to death every weekend and if that fails the spread of Std's and knife crime will finish it off first. The law is now so geared up towards Human rights that Criminals have more rights than their victims. Also nobody talks to eachother or helps eachother anymore, An example of this recently happened in London when I was going down an escalator to get on the underground when an old man Slipped and fell. He was evidently hurt at the bottom of the escalator however at least 50 people must have walked past/stepped over him ignoring his cries of pain before I actually arrived at the bottom and stopped to ask him if he was ok. It just saddens me that we no longer have a basic sense of common decency or any form of shame anymore. So England gets my vote.

China. It's strict over-reaching hand of its government is a big problem. While their current government has thrust their economics forward, that doesn't make it the right system. The U.S.S.R. experienced similar growth at first. Just not that many people care to look into those sort of things, so my guess is America will get the most votes.
