I've played Fallout 3 and New Vegas twice each, so that's probably 180-200 hours each.

Sadly, I put around 150 hours into Black Ops MP. Maybe 125 into Skyrim.

300+ hours in both CoD MW2 and CoD BO. That's at least 600 hours of CoD. I feel bad about my life now. This isn't including time sunk into CoD4, which was pretty excessive as well.

Typically, I beat games in less than 50 hours. I spend a lot of time playing the first day I get it (for example, I played Fallout: NV for 18 hours straight when I got it) and then once I've beaten the game I don't want to play it for a few months.
Pokemon, on the other hand, for the whole series, I've probably spent 250+ hours on them, averaging around 60 hours for each one I've played.

Holy shit, someone around here who has played the first one nearly as many times as I. Though most of my playthroughs were probably between 15-20 hours, with the exception of the 3 or 4 where I did all of the side quests. One playthrough was 9 o_O

Let's see...probably around 300-400 on Morrowind on the Xbox, probably around 200 on Oblivion on the 360 and another few hundred on PC with mods. Close to 100 or so on Phantom Dust probably. But my 360 RROD'd me like two or three years ago now so I can't check, but I don't remember if it stored play time anyways.

Behind that, Steam tells me I have 50 hours on HL2:DM and 37 on SS3, and those numbers will be slowly creeping up from time to time in the future. On average, though, I'd say I usually put somewhere in the 50-99 hour range into a single game; TES games are naturally the exception by far.

I'm at 11 playthroughs, fastest was 15 hours. Challenge accepted!

I usually try and get the most out of the games I buy because I don't have a ton of disposable income. The longest time I've ever spent playing a single game though was Kingdom Hearts 2, 100% a normal playthrough, played for like 333 hours and then did another playthrough on hard for about 70 hours.

Mount & blade: Warband has like 292 hours on Steam for me, X3 Terran conflict 202, tf2 257.

Most games though are around 50-100 though, easily a lot more than 100+ games.
I also have inflated stats for some games as I'll leave them on for a couple hours because I forget about them.

The funny thing is that I didn't even really intend to speedrun it. I was playing through both games for a friend to watch (who intended to eventually play both herself at some point later) , so I didn't really rush or skip any dialogue. I just didn't talk to everyone between missions/skipped all but two or three sidequests. Tried to make the playthrough as cinematic as possible and did it all between breakfast and dinner :p

Depends, on average 50-99 hours. I really take my time with stuff too, and rarely go for the most time-efficient paths.

Usually around 20 hours for the average game because I play a lot of games just to beat them. But games like the original MW, battlefield BC2,and Star-craft 2 over 100 hours for all. Pokemon Blue/Red easily over 300 hours.

Normally 50-99 hours intensely gaming before I burn out. Then maybe continue later down the line if I get the interest back, such as new content or the like.

I mostly play RPG's though, other games such as FPS or fighting games (batman etc) around the time it takes to play through it the story once or twice.

Yeah, every time I start another playthrough I swear to myself I'll just do the main stuff. But then I just happen to do everything and end up with a Shepard nearing the level cap. But I do end up hating the Mako more and more each time. There's one planet in the Geth Incursions mission that is just awful.

That is the worst sidequest in the whole game. I've done it maybe twice because its so terrible. I actually don't hate the Mako as much as most, but that's probably because I beeline straight for the objectives. I already know what all the anomalies are and the loot is not worth the drive.

According to Steam I've played Dragon Age Origins for 55 hours. Skyrim is at 47 and Oblivion at 45, The Witcher at 39, then Left 4 Dead 2 at 37.

I've probably played LOADS of games before I tracked them though, Battlefront 2, Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights (in the toolkit), KoTOR, and Batman Arkham Asylum.

Lots of time on Zelda and Pokemon too on my Gameboy.

It varies, depending on the type of game. Some games, I spend a few hours, others, hundreds. A friend of mine has clocked over 1500 hours worth of time on Mount & Blade: Warband alone, and he's played the other 2 Mount & Blade's quite a lot too. Given, he doesn't have a life at all, but still. That IS quite impressive, since it's pretty much exclusively single player all that time.

If we were to count the hours I've put on certain multiplayer games, then we're up in the thousands there as well.

I guess if we take an average for me, it would be between 100-200 hours/game. Now, that's not very evenly distributed, some games might only have 1-2 hours whilst some most certainly have 1000-2000 hours. But yea, average is the lower hundreds, I think.

200+ in the average RPG, INSANE amounts if you consider games like WoW (easily over 8000 hours spent in ~6 years)

It's a case of "familiarity breeds contempt" with the Mako for me. I used to not mind it so much. But whenever I play the first game now I think, "Why can't I just scan the god damn planet?"

It was only on one of my recent playthroughs that I discovered the planet with Alliance soldiers fighting off Rachni, though. That sort of reignited my will to explore when I play the game. Maybe I missed something else (well...until I looked at the wiki and found that I have seen it all now. I even collected all those damn relics once. Never again with that one. There is a reference to it in ME2 over a news report if you collect the Matriarch's writings. They mention a museum.

I never did collect all those relics. Also, it wasn't until very recently (like 6 months ago) that realized you can save Captain Kirrahe. I cannot even fathom how many times I have played through Virmire and never noticed the little area tucked away on the side of the map with the flying geth turrets. All of my friends were stunned when they realized I didn't know about this considering I played the game more times then all of them combined probably.

Sad too, Virmire is my favorite mission.

EVE Online, I don't really know how much time I've spent on that game but that is definitely more than 400 hours, wonderful game though, shame I don't have time for it anymore, looking forward to setup a routine to get at least a hour a day of EVE
