The PC isn't really a seventh gen console. It's more a constant to the fluctuations of the gaming market.

This thread is utterly and completely useless. There is no "best". Play what you like. Each has advantages and disadvantages.

I agree that PC isn't seventh generation at all. A PC is as powerful or crap as you want it to be and are willing to pay for.

I don't really think there can be a best, especially comparing the three. The Wii is the most different obviously, the Xbox360 and PS3 are much more comparable. So I think the Wii is what I'd suggest most for someone to buy, even if it has a ton of crap it also has a bunch of really great games that I've had lots of fun with.

Then 360 or PS3 both have pros and cons. Different exclusives to each, one had free online, other is supposedly better due to the subscription model. I've got an Xbox360 personally but I'd be basically just as happy with a PS3 instead.

There isn't a clear or decisive winner out of the current generation of consoles, PC excluded because it isn't a console. Each one has advantages and disadvantages over each other whether its the hardware, library of games or online service.

What it really comes down to is personal preference.

I personally use the 360 and PC the most, but that's just my preference. Whatever you want to play is fine by me.
