Making a thread "To the Fans" of anything, then asking what they think about said something, is pretty silly - the answer you'll always get is an emphatic "YES THEY ROCK!"

because they're fans.

The first CD was incredible. Toxicity and Steal this album was also really good. I kinda feel they slightly lost it at the last albums. I liked them, but nowhere near as much as the first three.

First two are the only albums I pay any attention to nemore, & of those listen to the first far more than the 2nd. They got progressively worse as their guitarist progressively played less & sang more.

Each album had a different flavor it was aiming for in my opinion, with the exception of Mesmerize and Hypnotize, as they were intended to be a double album, and so I judge each one independent of all the others. That said, their first album was quite good, a bit raw in my opinion, but still quite excellent and adventurous. Toxicity was also very good, but at times it seemed to fall into ruts; not bad ruts, just a rut that gives you that old familiar feeling. Steal This Album is perhaps one of my favorites because the songs seem to tell a story as the flow along into one another. Hypnotize/Mesmerize were great listens and, in my opinion, included a very varied sound, and in that respect I give them a nice gold star. The only thing tarnishing the star is that the album seemed to draw quite heavily at times for its slower songs, which seem to all be done in the same scale and with the same array of chords. It's not necessarily a bad thing: sometimes nostalgia is great, but I wanted just a little more variety out of their slower stuff, not stuff that sounds like revampings of "Spiders" and "Aerials".

Phew.

But he's asking what album you like the best, not whether you like System or not - that's a given. As you can see if you actually look at the replies, they're a lot more varied than just "They rock"

Myself, I loved the early albums the most. Especially Toxicity. The last two were not exactly my favorite, but were still good.
