Intriguing... I was going to say; Firefox because I've found it to be the most all-round functional browser.
Not for me.
And anyway, I prefer Opera and the options it gives me.
I couldn't go back to Firefox now.
Fair enough, each to their own. To be honest I haven't used Opera properly - just on things like the Wii and other non-PC harware it's been put onto (which hardly gives a fair impression) so maybe I'll give it a go.
Yeah... That gives a
very distorted picture. I used the Wii browser just recently, because it's free now, and honestly, it looks
nothing like the PC version of opera.
I use opera 10 for most things, but because it is rarely used, websites often don't test for it, and if they use non-compliant HTML, opera can have issues. (ironically, getting opera to fool the website into thinking it's dealing with FireFox or IE instead can alleviate a lot of problems.)
If a website gives me trouble in Opera, I'll switch to Chrome. But I don't like dealing with chrome - An issue of familiarity I guess.
Interesting fact: Who pays for 'free' web browsers? - Answer: Google.
XD - No, I'm not joking. Google Chrome is kind of obvious, but Google is also the largest contributor to Firefox...
And most of the revenue that has allowed the ads to be taken out of Opera comes from...
Yep. Google.
Funny, really...
