No, I can't
I've only learnt to type in the last 4 years though, that's why I only use 3/4 fingers.

I can touch type very, very slowly with a bunch of mistakes on the way.

I can touch type, but I find it frustrating to so on my laptop with its flat keys, so I usually don't.

Comes in handy when playing online, though.

I might look down now and again though if I hit an off key by mistake just to get myself back on track.

I can to an extent. It's not very fast and I make loads of mistakes but I get there eventually. I am much more accurate and therefore quicker when looking at the keyboard.
I touch typed this whole paragraph and it took me a good minute or so long than it should have done.

Umm well I can type without even looking at the laptop if that counts for anything. So long as I watch the first couple of keystrokes to make sure I'm typing it correctly I can type an entire post while looking out of the window. As I, in fact, have just done. I'm not certain if that is proper 'touch typing' per se, or if it is just knowing the keyboard pretty well.

Yup, you can't use a keyboard every day for like 8 years without knowing how to touch type.

Exactly. That being said, I don't know when I gained the ability to touch type, it just happened.

I do remember my friend having a surprised look on his face when he told me to look at something and I was still typing, I didn't think much of it.

I can touch type. as long as its on a Qwerty keyboard and its not and IBM laptop.

I had whole typing segments in elementary school, and by the time I was in sixth grade, I never had to look type, ever. Seriously, I thought everyone could touch type. I mean, that's what that means right? having to type without looking at the keys?
