In light of recent events, and for fun, let's see who would win in a MMO vs MMO slugout. Would it be the hobbits of Middle Earth? Or the dual weapon Tempest Ranger elf of DDO? Or maybe the elder child Ashron will actually "call" out the newer games!


No there isn't "I hate all" or "I don't play" button. Just a choice between three games.

Adding a "Haven't played any one of them" is recommded, for the quality of your topic if nothing else.

Since I love the "real" game I guess I have to go with DaD Online

This is in fun. I was just curious what the actual population of Turbine people played what.

I didn't add a "haven't played any of them" option because I thought that would bring the haters out, and we have enough of that. Though I agree that it could have been added with no issues. My first poll sorry.

I played Lotro for awhile. It was ok. Not great.

Not better than anything by Naughty Dog *grumbles*

EDIT: And it's now beating Saga!? They made a games console!! Madworld and House of the Dead just came out! They made fucking Sonic! SONIC!!!

I had to go with LotRO, hands down. It's the game that got me to *finally* try an MMO, because it was based on Tolkien's works. I wouldn't mind trying the others, though, especially DDO. (Hint for Turbine: Package deal. Look into it.)

I played LOTRO for a while and had a blast. Well, as much of a blast I've ever had with an MMO.
Dunno 'bout the other two though.

Tis a sad day for Sega i missed the days off sonic 3 and knuckles hang on might give it another go i still got my copy!

Indeed. Splitpea and the terrible sequel have a lot to do with it, but the game was never given proper dues. (Modern MMOs have more in common with it than EQ.)
