Oh, I see, very clever. Stephenie Meyer's trying to improve the gene pool by killing off people stupid enough to like shit like that. Quite impressive, playing the long game like that.

To be fair, I'd have a seizure if I was watching a Twilight movie.
Seems to be a win-win. He's alive, the screening was cancelled so everyone else gets to leave with their minds intact and he'll have a reason to never watch a Twilight movie ever again.

That first guy was smart, faking a seizure to get out of it, his girlfriend wasn't the wiser.

I can't help but finding amusement in the fact that the no's for if people like the series vastly outweigh the yes'. I admit I used to like the series but when I entered university I went off it.

You people make me sick. People (their health) are being endangered and all you can say is they deserve it? Because it's a shit movie?

The fuck is the matter with you?

Yet another reason not to watch Twilight.

It really could kill you. Or at least cause you physical harm.

EDIT: But my heart does go out to the victims. Not only did they have to sit through Twilight, but they got seizures too? Terrible.

This would have been my reaction at the odd moment I realized that I went to the movies to see a Twilight film.

On a serious note, not much to discuss other than Twilight's poor use of cinematography. That is unless there's some sort of conspiracy that they were trying to kill people through seizures.

I had the same symptoms when I was forced to watch the first movie, had nothing to do with flashing images or anything.

Edward told Bella that his heart doesn't pump blood so honestly- how can Edward have an erection?
Through the same mechanism that allows him to walk around, talk, think, and so on, I'd imagine.

...wait, did I just post in a Twilight thread? o_0

It's not seizures from the birthing scene, it's seizures caused by the mind failing to comprehend the utter shit it's forced to process through both the eyes and ears.

.. I'm surprised they even have a birth scene in the movie, let alone the book. What was the author thinking when including that, and no not because of a birth scene altogether but the fact Edward is a vampire.

Vampires shouldn't be able to reproduce. Edward told Bella that his heart doesn't pump blood so honestly- how can Edward have an erection? Sorry to bring that up, but fact is Hellsing had the right idea so that's why Dracula needed Frakenstein to power up the eggs, making those babies come to life.

Anyhow *ahem* the whole story has full of holes. Like, why did the wolf pack protect Bella in the 3rd movie if they knew that Edward and Bella had the possibility to make a child? And how could Edward have urges when his body does not trigger- .. .. it's fiction I know but the strongest point I have is since Edward doesn't have a beating heart, none of his other organs should work including his private part. I feel weird stating that but it's true.

Hope those people recover from seeing that scene, must be pretty upsetting getting that from a movie.
I find this highly relevant to your post:

Anyways, this is Grade-A hilarity right here. So many jokes. But, they've all basically been made at this point.
