Ok, I will admit it, it was me. I was flying at supersonic speeds past the church building on camera. ;D

Well, it looks too much like a camera glitch. Next time, they should be filming with at least two cameras to see if the anomaly is replicated.
I am highly open to the possibility that extraterrestrials could be visiting our planet, but I don't have the sort of confirmation bias that alot of people do that way.

It's currently unidentified, it's apparently flying, and certainly seems to be an object. So yes. I would believe it to be a UFO.

In terms of it being an alien spacecraft? Any species with sufficient knowledge to quickly travel across the void of space would be smart enough not to waste energy with little blinking lights and zoom around easily noticed by an unknown and potentially hostile race. I mean really. With all the crap going on here, would you come to our planet?

I think it's probably a time lapsed plane, a camera glitch, or even a bug leaving a white trail over a small area that has a white background, therefore looking like it passed behind when it actually didn't (overly specific description, go!). Any of those options seem far more likely to me than, "Yep. Aliens. Totally."

Looks like a meteor or "shooting star" coming in fast and low. I saw one very similar in speed and angle the other night.

This, the "rod" phenomena has been pretty definitively proven to be an anomaly of how most video equipment records fast moving objects. The path of the object looks to me like a passenger aircraft on its landing approach, which sounds about right considering:

Edit: Ok, I was too focused on the slow motion replay when I was watching the video, in real time it is a bit quicker than you could expect from an aircraft. Whatever the object is, it's the product of a recording anomaly, however, the spherical points of light are a common indication of an extended exposure during image capture.
You say in real time, but someone said the video was a time lapse, I'm no expert, but that would explain why the thing moves so fast.

Also: MYSTERIOUS FLYING PLANE-LIKE OBJECT FILMED DESCENDING TOWARDS AIRPORT! What could it be?

I was going to say shooting star but they don't change/ alter their direct path (the thing cruve abit). Honestly I don't know since it was moving far to quickly to be a plane.

How did you not include insect in your list of options when that was the explanation given by the guy who is in charge of trying to find legit UFO sightings for a decades old UFO research and reporting group?
I was going to, but I wanted to make a bad joke instead, sorry...
