What is it, Hate on Wii Day? Christ there's a lot of these threads today. Sure, there's shovelware, but guess what: for every shovelware game you name that isn't ported to every system that's exclusive to the Wii--There are almost the exact same amount for the 360 and computer, and more than a cartful for the PS3. Go ahead, ask yourself: How many games on the others are really,
Really, good, then go look up the total number of available games. Don't go to gamespot or IGN and look up ratings and tell yourself that those are "good games", ask yourself--How many were really worth the effort of making? The Wii matches them blow for blow.
At least there's still a few people around who aren't bash-happy.
Kudos to you guys:

A.
The Wii has lived up to its predecessors because it still gives an entertaining experience that is accessible by anyone as well as having the games necessary to hold the more devoted players.
And before someone jumps down my throat, if you say "hardcore" or "casual" anywhere in your statement I will fucking flog you.

I like the Wii. It has given me something to play with my family, since most of them aren't really big on games, and I think it has its fair share of great titles. I don't know if it's as great as some of the other consoles Nintendo has released, but it's far from bad, in my opinion.
And you too I guess

I think I actually preferred Melee to Brawl, but I didn't play enough of Brawl to form a real opinion there.
Stop contradicting yourself. If you haven't spent enough time with Brawl to have a real opinion about it, don't say that you prefer Melee over it. That's what is technically called: Bullshit. Congratulations, you've gone and undone your entire post.
