It depends on what you qualify as a victim.
that definitely deserves further explanation, if a murderer is murdered does he still count as a victim? what id its a possible murderer?
That is one possible interpretation. Here is a more interesting question: if someone wants to kill themselves, do they have a right to do so? Sure, the act may cause harm to their family, but how do you weigh that against the person's individual freedom?

Our actions will cause harm to other people, whether we want them to or not. I got in line at the coffee shop, so the person behind me was harmed by having to wait longer. It is fundamentally a question of where we want to draw the line between individual choice and obligation to society.

My stance is if its a crime there must be a victim of some degree, why else would it be a crime?
Just because a law is put into place doesn't mean it's a Just law. Take Obamas (I'm 40-60 with obama right now. I mostly approve of him, but there are a number of things I don't approve of. And this is one of the little ones) outlawing flavored cigarettes. Why is the inclusion of flavor so heinous over regular cigarettes? Where's the victims? Second hand smoke breathers? Well many metropolitian areas are adaption no smoking in public area laws to combat that very thing. So, why outlaw flavor?

Take pot. Currently, It is illegal, so I will not publicly advocate the smoking of pot. It is however about as dangerous as of couple beers. But it's somehow dangerous enough to get you locked away for month at a time, and fined severely just for having some in your possession. In California, which has a three-strikes-you're-out law system, you can be sent to prison for LIFE for drug possession if the police catch you with marijuana three times (and you're sent to court for them). The victim there? You, the smoker. No one else. You are at which point considered trash to society, and locked away and forgotten as a result.

I could go on.

As long as governments exist as they do in the present day, there will always be 'crimes' that are labelled as such not due to any moral demand, but due to their own desire to control the populace under them.

So yes...there are. Far too many these days if you ask me.

(mine being: the police are fucking useless bullies in uniforms who only leave their desks to beat up drunks)
People who say that always go crying to the police at the first sign of trouble.
no mate, people who say that are usually people who have been victims of crime who have been let down by the police.

now my house has been broken into, and my sisters best friend was raped. in the polices defense they arrested a bloke, charged him, then let him go again. the upside to that story is that she was a member of a karate club, who, after they heard what happened, met the bloke outside a pub and put him in hospital.
Among my girl friends, one was raped, and I strongly suspect another was sexually abused as a child. Not a ONE of us finds rape funny (thanks internet gaming community, for the rape references). We've talked about how if such a thing were to happen, we'd stand together.
Your friend put him in the hospital. I suspect one of my girls would have put him in a coffin.

Necrophilia. Illegal, no victim.
Very icky, however.
Hmm - trauma to the family of the decadent being molested? Particularly if it's via grave-robbery.

Ok this is getting a *bit* odd...

... But it's not technically illegal if you make your own hole...

... Now I feel as though i have to go and wash...
