I gotta go with the Tyranids on this one because that alien bug monster cliche never gets old.
Orks are my second favorite because they're awesome for so many reasons.
Edit: you forgot Dark Eldar, Sisters of Battle, and Grey Knights (and maybe Demons but they're kind of new).
