Flak Cannon in Unreal Tournament 2: The Liandri Conflict. I love the secondary fire on it, and the primary fire kills anything in about 2 hits up close.

The game you refer to is "Unreal Championship 2", which I believe is the xbox port of Unreal Tournament 2003 or 2004.
The Flak Cannon in the original UT ('99) was even better for primary fire though.

The fly by wire rocket launcher from perfect dark. Shoot a rocket and guide it to your unsuspecting target. A close second, in that game, was the briefcase sentry gun.

I beleve you are talking about the Slayer and Laptop gun respectively. And thank you for beating me to it.

I'm guessing you're referring to the second version of the RYNO in R&C 3?
If yes, true. But my personal favorite is The Harbringer (and it's 2 upgrades) from R&C: Deadlocked (Gladiator in Europe).

Pretty Much all of the weapon from Unreal III. Brilliant sound, brilliant effects, well designed. WEll the crosshair could be better. But these are soem of the best designed weapons around.

Unreal Tournament's very own man-portable guided nuclear missile launcher. Capable of vapourising an entire enemy team, regardless of armour, health bonuses or attempts to dodge. The trick was getting more of their side than your side in the blast, so you'd at least be up on points.

There is no gun with more oomph in existance.
