Poll: Weapons that made you go "Umph!"

Say what you will about my choice, I realize it doesn't have big ass explosions or anything like that but I love it! It's the M1 Garand, particularly from Battlefield 1942.

For a number of reasons, I loved it's semi-automatic fire it fired as quick as you could press the button and did it without even a single reload animation. Also the recoil never seemed to bad to me.

Also it was just the sound of that *PING!* as the cartridge ejected itself out of the rifle. I remember the first time seeing and hearing it; it just seemed so awesome. I then understood why it was so detrimental in World War 2.

I'm not going to say anything about it. Everyone has it's favorites and it's all fine with me. It was the main purpose of this thread to show eachother the guns that makes them go "Umpf!"

And besides, I kinda like that gun. It's ruggit, functional and packs a good punch.

Pandora, the other weapons in the game, while totally epic were pretty weak, pandora was quite useful and totally epic.

Actually, I just bought Painkiller: Hell Wars (Xbox adaptation of both the original game and expansion, with the crap levels cut, like Snowy Bridge), so we'll see if that gun is as awesome as people say.

I'm not sure if i'm allowed this, but the super sheep is well satisfying! Fair amount of skill needed to guide it through tight spots and the blast radius is rather epic.

Also, gravity gun from HL2 coupled with a circular saw blade or gas cannister. Nothing like chopping zombies in two or blowing them right up.

I just have to say the AR2 and the .357 from HL - 2, just because running around with the AR2 looks like you've got got a robotic arm extension that can evaporate people, and the .357 packs some serious punch. also the barret from CoD4 feel's like your running around with a super accurate, scoped, semi - auto shotgun.

Sonic Boom beam combo from MP2; it appears to shatter reality itself, definitely packs some 'oomph'. Merits a pelvic thrust on occasion, it's just so awesome!

I love that weapon, its like sound water and ice shatters the place up when fired, completly chews up ammo though.

Worth it? yes.
