Hm, hard to say to what scale weather impacts my mood. It's more how bright or dark it is outside that really outwardly effects it. I'd say moderate when it comes to weather.

While sunny makes me feel a bit more active and willing to do chores and stuff, it also has the setback of being paired with warm/hot weather which I absolutely hate. Summer can bite it for all I care, really.

Rain makes me feel kinda sleepy. Storming puts me in a state of relaxation for some reason. Probably cuz whenever it storms here, the most I've ever had to worry about is floods. Plus, thunder and the pitter-patter of rain is good white noise when I sleep. After-rain bothers me though. Everything's wet, and has an air of filth about it.

Snow just makes me feel plain happy, or atleast new snow. My city recently go pounded by a 2-3 foot blizzard, and at the time, it was the happiest I'd been in a long time. I didn't even have a problem shoveling the next morning, cuz the view of the suburbs was incredible.

Dry, Windy and cool days in the fall are the perfect days to me.

I love it when it's windy, personally. I love the feel of wind and I shave my head so there's no hair attacking my face.
Even if you don't have hair, it pushes against you. Which always exacerbates the sneaky hate spiral that happens every day for me.

And then you end up raging impotently at the forces of nature, denied anything to properly blame it on, and just make a big idiot of yourself until some dude drags you away for scaring nearby children.
While I'm all for scaring children, because... I HATE children. As for everything else... dude... lighten up.

This was me lightening up.
The whole wind thing is part reference [http://hyperboleandahalf.blogspot.com/2010/05/sneaky-hate-spiral.html] and part silly exaggeration.

I would have thought the image of a dude cursing blue bloody murder at the wind would make it obvious.

Moderately. Just about every type of weather has a good impact on my mood save for summer. Hot and sunny days just ruin everything, but rainy days and dark cold nights are the best. =D
Nothing beats running through the woods late at night, at least where I live.

LOL! OH! Dude, sarcasm doesn't translate in text. And I've met people in forums that were really emo enough to say something like that.

it can and it can't. It depends. Here's the rundown:

Normal Day - White clouds and blue sky, nothing special today and no special effect either.

Cloudy Day - It's overcast, but it's not raining. Cool. You can walk around all day and not get hot or overly sweaty. Easy on the eyes too. (Some of the people outside are ALSO easy on the eyes.)

Sunny Day - IT BURNS!! Oh god, my eyes! I'm a night owl! I don't like the shiny sun in my eyes! Get me some sunglasses!

Rainy Day - This is typical Pittsburgh weather. I'm not overly affected by it, but if the rain gets into my coat somehow and gets down my arms or back, I'm not happy.

Snowy Day - Mostly, I'm alright with these. I've walked around (with heavy coat) in 0-degree weather at midnight, so no worries.

Anything On Tornado Or Hurricane Level - How the fuck did this happen in Pittburgh?! We're mountainous and full of many hills, plus too far inland! Geographically speaking, THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING!!

And there you have it. Did I miss any?

"A little bit" - I loath the spring and summer time. It's partially because of my allergies, but I'm not a fan of the sun and California's heat waves. I'm pale and don't tan, so I would just burn, which means I don't go out for long periods of time. The rainy season is almost gone here, so that means I need to wait about six months before it starts up again.

Warm and sunny weather bothers me. It's too hot, I can't sleep and the sun shines on my computer screen for the bigger part of the day so I can't see anything darker than white.
Cloudy weather with rains is awesome tho.
I should move to England....

When it's rainy I get tired and want to sleep, when it's sunny I get sad because it's not raining and the sun makes it difficult to fall asleep.
